SMOKING
Absolutley NO SMOKING inside the cabins/cottages or ANY of the buildings on site.
Eviction and Removal
The campground reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to evict any seasonal camper or remove any short-term camper or visitor at any time for any reason.
Restrooms/Shower House/Laundry/Lakehouse
Please be respectful and clean up after yourselves when using these areas. Make sure children are supervised. Please contact management if you see anything that needs attention. Pool tables in the lake house are free to use for your enjoyment. Please do not place drinks or food on them. Treat them as they are your own. Any damages may result in fines for property damage and you will be asked to leave. Turn off lights after use.
Refund Policy
Management reserves the right to base any refund on the length of notice prior to reservation. NO refunds will be considered if not cancelled 14 days prior to reservation.
Speed Limit/Vehicles/Golf Carts
The speed limit in the park is 10MPH, which includes all vehicles. A maximum of 2 vehicles per site ( space permitted ). Parking is not permitted on adjacent lots ( even if the lot is vacant ). No parking in roadway. Unlicensed, inoperative, or junk vehicles are not permitted in the campground. Please advise your guest of the speed limit before entering the park. This is something we strongly enforce for the safety of children and our guests. Golf carts are allowed at the park but must be driven in a safe manner. Drivers must be licensed.
PROHIBITED Items
NO fireworks, bows, arrows, firearms or any other weapons are permitted. NO CHAINSAWS. No appliances, furniture, clothes lines or items not pre-approved should be outside of your camper.
Garbage
Garbage must be bagged and placed in dumpster. No additional garbage other than garbage generated while at the campgrounds is permitted. NO construction material, appliances, oil, paint or hazardous materials are to be thrown in the dumpster. PLEASE break down cardboard and neatly stack behind dumpster. NO trash should be left outside your camper.
Fires
Fires are permitted inside of fire rings only. If you start a fire you are responsible for it and any damages that may occur. Do not leave fires unattended. No cutting, trimming or defacing any standing trees, shrubs or bushes. No nails, screws, hooks, chains or rope on any trees. No outside firewood permitted. We sell firewood for $6/bundle
Bicycles
Must be parked at dusk. Keeps bikes on the road and do not cut through campsites or grass.
Paddle Boats
Guests must be 18 years or older to occupy paddle boats and life jackets must be worn. No exceptions. Children can be accompanied by an adult. Boat at your own risk. Kayaks are welcome- life jackets must be worn. We keep life jackets inside the lake house inside the large brown storage tote by the back door. Feel free to use but please put them back when finished. Also, make sure the paddle boats are properly tied off/docked when you are finished.
Noise Policy
During bedtime hours (10pm-8am) no amplified sound of any kind is permitted outside. Your neighbors should not be able to hear any sounds coming from your site.
Washing/Repairing vehicles
NO WASHING or REPAIRING of vehicles at any time. Yearly guests are permitted TWO RV washes per year for a charge of $20 per wash. Prior approval is needed. No washing of trucks, cars or ATVS.
Electric Meters
Meters will be read each month on your due date. Electric fees are due with your site fees on or before this day.
Food Deliveries
ANY food deliveries or grocery orders are to be met by the person ordering down by the office or by the gate ( by the guard shack ). Delivery drivers are not permitted to drive through the park to find you.
Visitors/Guests
Both short-term campers and seasonal campers are permitted to have visitors at the campground. ALL visitors and guests MUST sign in at the guard shack upon arrival.
Check-in/Check-out for short term/overnights
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 1pm.
Pets
Pets must be kept on leash. They cannot be left unattended. Owner is responsible for clean-up for pets- failure to do so can result in a fee of $150. The campground retains the right to immediately expel any pet due to concern for the health, safety, or well-being of other campers. Dogs are permitted to swim in the pond ( at your own risk ) and run without a leash on the back hill behind the shop so long as you have full control of your dog.
